I cannot believe that Michelle was told at school yesterday that the children can consider crisps as one of their vegetable servings as they are made out of potato !
Good news there has been a big improvement in my eye at last BUT the medication weakened my system and i caught this dry cough that everyone else has, which means the min. i lay down i start coughing until the my eyes water and I throw up ! The only thing i can think of is to up my green smoothies to rid my body of the poison, cause its clearly trying to cough it up.
I always dislike this time of year as it starts feeling like it has been cold forever and we have till April before it warms up....its def. time to head home for awhile, the red sands of Africa call you home and my body longs to wear sandals and be in the sun and the warm sea. Money is in tomorrow and then we can start making some def. plans.
