So I had my growth removed off my neck this morning then hubby and i walked into Oxford and it was FREEZING, Oxford centre is so cold and we went to the juice bar but the morons put ice in our supersmoothies, so we walked around the open market, still not convinced enought to go into a warm coffee shop and let go of our decision to ourselves that that is behind us ( coffee and some mushy muffin) and we then ate a spirulina, ginseng raw ball it looked like a piece of cow dung but tasted really good and I was glad that it was actually feeding my body as opp. to just glueing up my intestines.

BUT then the funny part....I needed to wee. so we went into M&S and walked up to the loo , I walked in and sat down in the middle cubical, so internal dialogue went like this " OK I will put tissues on the seat and then sit down on the toilet seat something I hate doing but lately I find I need to wee 10 min later as i was too tense, so sat down on the tissue, closed my eyes and said thank you God that all went well this morning and body i love you and i am not going to criticize you anymore and i am thankful for the ability to self heal...at this point I opened my eyes and the door had swung OPEN and i had three old ladies smiling at me OMG , this is what happens when you let your guard down for 5 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!!

They had a good laugh and then I pulled up my sleeves to wash my hands and had my hospital bangles on( which are now paper) so pulled them off but had to tell my new friends why i had been in hospital.....how odd.

We then went on to find a clearance sale of all mothers day flowers for 50 p a punch so I got 4 bunches of tiger lilies, thank you God, a get well gift from the universe at a price I could spend without blinking an eyelash.....almost free.
