Papaya - enzyme that helps digest protein, helps even chronic diarrhea, hay fever and allergies like gluten intolerance as gluten is a protein.

Peaches and Nectarines

Pears - pears are higher in pectin than apples, lowers cholesterol and tones intestines. ( should be used as babies first food at about 10 months)

Pine apple - aids digestion and reduces inflammation, carpel tunnel is inflammation as is acne, it breaks down mucus ( you should not have to blow your nose everyday and then make those disgusting ghhhhh noises as you suck the mucus down the back of your throat oh and while i am at it FARTING means something is WRONG )

oh yes pineapple - helps in pneumonia and bronchits, helps sinus, sore throat, arthritis, gout and aids in speedy recovery from injuries and surgery and personally i think from the signiture of the pineapple it has something to do with the connection to source , something spiritual.

Eat it alone between meals to maximise , good source of manganese and good for energy preoduction when you are feeling tired.

Plums - laxative effect however prunes are better. eat prunes everyday and remember PANIC if its not ORGANIC.

prunes - provide antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, potassium, fibre, iron and vit. A. They add bulk to stool ( which is whats missing if you get a headache related to bowel) and it speeds transit time and it provides friendly bacteria. WOW.

Kiwi fruit - rich in enzymes, promoting respiratory tract health, stops wheezing and night time coughing and shortness of breath. ( good for smokers)

lemon - eat the PITH, antibiotic for digestive tract and aids white cell formation and all citrus fruit reduce menstral flow.

mangoes - STOPS CELLS FROM TURNING INTO CANCER, enzymes that improve digestion, helps immune system, dried mango high in Vit A, menefical to women during menstration and pregnancy, signature is womb.Helps with muscle cramps, stress and heart, very low GI.

Oranges - vit c, immune system, lens of the eye, adrenal glands, reproductive organs, connective tissue, promoting overall health, lowers blood pressure, cholesterol, strong anti inflammatory, eat the PITH.

same goes for mandarines, tangerines, satsumas.
