If you take out animal products and gluten and sugar, coffee, alcohol, people have nothing to eat, which is why,you get such a negetive reaction when you start talking about being gluten free vegan.

I feel so blessed today that after a year of searching and trying different thing, I realise that I am gluten intolerant abd because of all my study I don't feel deprived in anyway, i feel blessed, I have sooooo much to eat that I keep buying too much food. So i have decided to do a list for anyone thats interested.

Apples - fights against asthma, will stop diarrhea, lowers cholesterol and prevents constipation, showings it's an adaptogien with a heart signiture.

Apricots

Acocados - LOWER cholesterol

Bananas - good for your heart and fluid balance, a key factor in lowering blood pressure, normalizes bowel function.

Blueberries - protect against alzheimers just 1 cup a day would make huge changes in someone who already has the disease, treats varicose veins, hemorrhoids and peptic ulcers, its a remedy for constipation and diarrhea and helps eliminate urinary tract infection.

Cantaloupe- B6 and thins the blood.

Cherries - are as good as ibrufen in blocking pain but with no side effects, produces melatonin, which helps you sleep, anti-cancer protection esp. breast cancer and ery good for gout.

Gout is caused from uric acid which comes from meat !

Cranberries - urinary tract infections and prevents kidneystones but makes sure you get sugar free juice.

Dates - Are one of the most alkaline foods, decreases the bodies absorbtion rate of cholesterol and SLOWS absorbtion rate of glucose, helping blood sugar levels to stay constant. eases both stool movement through colon and elimination which will all aid in weight reduction.

Figs - good source of fibre and another very alkaline food.

Grapefruit - VERY good for normalizing red blood cells, inhibits tumour formation, good for the liver and gets rid of excess oestrogen.

Pomelo is the same

Grapes - reduces the build up of plague in ther arteries

Honeydew melon - maintains blood pressure, very good for skin, collagen production and tissure repair.

So I shall do some more tommorrow or maybe later but isnt it obv. what we are supposed to be eating !!!!!
