Bare with me I know it's long but that just shows you we can live in abundance without pork sausages !

Swiss chard

yams - are a superfood for women

Alfalfa sprouts - cause rejuvenation in the body as do all sprouts.

Grains

Brown rice - B1 2 3 and 6 maganese, iron, selenium, maganseim, phosphorus, good quality protein, good for digestion, menopause and cholesterol problems ( which means all bad fats )

Quinoa - Maganesium, mangeanses, protein b2 vit E and fibre, iron, phosphorus, copper, zinc, ;east alergenic od all grains and sooo easy to cook.

Lentils - cholesterol lowering, controls blood sugar levels and prevents breast cancer.

Peas, mange tout and sugarsnaps

almonds, cashews, chestnuts, hazelnuts, flaxseeds, macadamia ( only 1 = 204 calories so becareful )

OLIVES - benefits are endless and olive oil

pecans, pine nuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, sesame, sunflower and sunflower greens, walnuts.

molasses, honey, Bee pollen, maple syryp

All seaweeds

spirulina, barley grass, goji berries, maca.

coconuts are antiviral, antibacterial, destroys a wide variety of disease. Coconut oil protects your heart and encourages weight loss. Its the only thing i use on my skin, it makes me euphoric and Keith wild......so be warned ohh and it dissolves latex so becareful.

10 % Rice and Quinoa

5 % nuts and seeds

5% lentils and sprouts

5% superfoods.

Horsetail tea, peppermint, nettles, dandelion, chamomile and other hebal mixes they are endless.

Aloe vera and acidophilus, msm, himilayan salts.

And Vogel medication.
