WE got clamped !

We where totally in the wrong, we went to Brighton, parked in a car park that warned if you are late you will get clamped, we took out an hour ticket and then went to the shop we wanted to and stopped to order sandwiches unfortunately the Italian restaurant that makes toasted avocado ciabatta, had a party going on and it took a really long time but we thought 5 mins was OK, by the time we got back to the car it was 10 min . and he had just put the thing on.

The man who clamped us, walked like Golumn, that's how we knew who it was.

SO, you have to phone the land owner, a horrible bad mannered person and he is sitting there with a credit card machine, £120.00 later and your car is unclamped.

I have never thought about clamping before but it was a shock !

We felt totally violated and the more i thought about it, the more it felt like black mail, how is our private property on a persons land , less than ours. How does he have the right and is this legal.

So i did some homework and it is totally legal, so long as he has a licence.

I am really battling lately with being earth side in a dimension that has no compassion.

We did not do much this weekend, just sat at home watching the crow babies and talking, many things going on at the moment, lots of thoughts after watching the movie, Ghandi and also reading an interesting book, what happens when i find a good book now, is I end up having to read it out loud and then we all talk about the various things as they come up and one that came up this weekend was......

there is a man in Dartmoor that decided to mark is land by carving an owl , out of the tree, so he would carve it out the trunk cutting the back away , leaving a owl on a perch that is still attached to the tree ( i am not sure if this is kind to the tree but it's what he wanted ) he then did a few more near the yurt that they live in, Do you know ....someone came in the night and cut the owls off their perch , in a nasty act of vandalism. So we talked about it backwards and fore wards and eventually Keith said , he think that there are actually people out there who have no consciousness, it just never gets developed and so to hurt another for self gain, is logical.

I thought about the bad birthing practices and no breast feeding , creche from 6 weeks and schooling and its no wonder we live in a world with so many soul less people.
