a sacred lesson....
the wheat seed , the perfect symbol of eternal life or reincarnation.
the sprout with loads of earth energy
the grass a living breathing being, AIR, pranayama, prana/manna
the green, sun energy, chlorophyll
the water (big Angel of healing )
run your hands along the top and feel the energy, then bend over the plant and breath in the smell, then place your hands in a prayer position with the grass in between your palms and send the plant alllll your love, remembering that what ever you give comes back to you a 100 fold.
then pop into the blender and enjoy the life giving liquid, that cleanses your body and mind and reconnects you to mother earth so that in harmony, you can stay many days, remembering that our greatest gift is to teach and pass on the sacred knowledge the mother has placed in our hearts.
i hope this all makes sense, this is the lesson I did with the children yesterday :)
