I have always loved this picture above , it just looks so warm and inviting.

yesterday was the new moon and as expected, lovely new moon energies filter through, this morning is bright and clear with people being busy in surrounding gardens, and bird song louder than usual, feelings of the need to stick my head into neighbours realms and say hello, they just keep so much to themselves that it makes me feel maybe i should stay away which sets up a chain.

My chest infection is clearing as my blessed body clears out the after effects of the eye medication, I found a old traditional cough mixture that worked really well and stayed far away from the Doctors.

Kids seem happy at school, both plodding along but with a bounce in the step, lunch boxes being a focal point still of my life, they are hungry all the time and its really hard to make sure they have a enough of the good so that none of the bad is eaten when hungry. K is also away for loooong days in his new job so he has a huge lunch box and i have put him on ginseng and guarana.

OOoh talking about superfoods I have ordered a box from Kate Magic and will be playing with making my own chocolate. And my own herbal products range ...yayyy!!! So lots happening.....the new moon as I said is wonderful.
