This moon finds me sad and lonely , a feeling of isolation and depression and lethargy.

I met a neighbour this morning who said wasn't the summer awful....ummm no ! ? Where we in the same country ? Then comes the always response " summer used to be much warmer " and my thoughts are " yes when you where younger and spend more time outside doing something rather than complaining "

grrrr are there any kindred spirits in this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find the negetivity so hard to handle , it's like being hit with a second wave before you have come up for air.
