Just got home from a acupuncture session, when I was in the mall the other day my thigh went numb as it does every night but this was the first time it had happened while walking so I went into a Chinese " Dr Herb" and asked them what they thought , she said pop in today and she will do a full consultation.

After the last acupuncture I had I was rather dubious but it has to be better than going to a stupid GP. I went with an open mind though. IT WAS FANTASTIC, it took me quite a while to ground myself after though but when I did I felt very calm and clear headed and I still do. I felt very comfortable and not embarrassed at all.

She put about 4 needles in my neck, then 4 in each hand and then down my spine and legs and 1 in each ankle and as she put the last one in, the grid felt like it all connected and then it went really warm, she then put a solar light on to me and connected the pins together and plugged me into a pulse, that made the two pins in the lower back pulse and then left me for 30 mins, in the deepest calmest meditation.....ever.

Then she took them out and put these suctions cups on me and then took those off and massaged me with a special oil.

WOW it was almost better than sex ;0)

She said that she could not find my kidney pulse and said that is why I am battling to loose weight as I am holding water and that I have a sciatica problem, low chi and bad circulation OUCH !

but she has told me what to do and I have two go twice a week and hubby said it,s fine.

She asked if I was from this country and I said no and she said, it's nice to work on someone that smells clean ! UGH I would not like her job, can you imagine the things that she sees !

and they made a big fuss of David and the little charmer asked if he is still to young to have acupuncture as he would like to have it done, well that blew them away and he then said I remember having it done in a previous life, needless to say they wanted to take him home . Sorry ladies he is mine for a little longer !
