I promise at some stage I will stop sorting out house and get to where I can sit and download some photos but life is still very hectic....drove to the local Asda today and ended up in Bexhill - onthe sea or something like that , by the time i get to 4 each afternoon my feet are soooo sore especially my right heel ?

So we are in Asda watching our pennies as hubby gets no salary this month ....ouch ! and kids want a movie.....it was actually quite nice, large selection and loads that looked interesting enough to actually sit down and watch but i just have one question......whats up with zombies ? Every horror and thriller movie that has come out in the last two years has zombies in it, one bite and you are contaminated, I know i think waaaaay toooo much but what is the actual subliminal message under this one, we don't watch them but kids being kids seem to get a kick out of looking at the picture on the covers and saying " hey mom, check this out " zombies zombies and more zombies and no story line at all ?

I got home from shopping and took shoes off and went and walked in the garden to reconnect to the earth and just wondered ....... there really are sheeple or would a better word be zoombie.....

Look around there are walking dead all around.....they eat dead food, there bodies are rotting, they have no hair and their faces are really strange colours, they have no aura and zero connection with the people around them, "hello i am another human standing next to you buying apples " they shop like they are the only ones in the store, eyes totally glazed over , thinking and I'll have one of those and one of those.

My body is screaming for fruit juice at the moment and coconut oil, avo and dried pineapple, seawater and my love ones all relaxing with me, connected.....am I alone ?
