this is so frustrating on a dial up......it's so slow! We should be connected in about a week, we will just have to wait. This Friday we have been in the house for three weeks already !

There is soooo much to write and share , I have taken loads of photos and will over the next few weeks fill you in.

Michelle is reading Lord of the rings and is tucked away with nose in a book most of the day and David is still playing in the garden most of the time, I am still unpacking and sorting, I have made friends with some of the neighbours and I have joined a knitting club as when i try and read the patterns it looks like Hebrew, I could see the lady was really puzzled by my joining as nobody else is younger than eighty, i am determined to find a lady who will teach me what the abbreviations mean and Michelle is hoping one of them will play piano.

In my book that I am always going on about Healthy at 100 elders are looked up to, sadly today they are treated as freaks, nobody talks to them, the kids and I have stopped and helped and chatted to so many.
Which brings me to Mary , Honours mother....she has been in a care home as she has dementia, well about a month ago she fell and broke her wrist and arm, then a few days later she was very ill and they found she had dehydration as they had been putting her water in a plastic cup on her broken arm side, so even when she did manage to get to the cup the stupid plastic thing would calapse ! Then in her dehydrated muddle she got up and went to the loo on her own and used the broken arm and fell again and broke her neck ! so they put her in hospital where 3 days ago she fell AGAIN and shattered her hip......so tonight at 87 she lies there with a broken wrist, arm, neck and a scar from hip to knee on a drip, to put back the blood she lost in the op ( how does blood loss happen with the new machines ?) and on oxygen and totally doped up ?

All around people are complaining of elderly not been looked after ......something is very wrong here, soon we will be told to stay and watch our own relatives around the clock like in the JHB hospital.....I thought this was a first world country......already we have to take in our own food as the drivel they feed people is disgusting !

The more i read on centurians the more i see that a lifetime of no docters other than herbal and midwifes often means less illness and no processed food and no household cleaning chemicals and no chemical to put all over your body, deo, hair colour ect and a commen thread runs through all money money money, go without all this shit and you have more money to live life and you'll be around longer too.
I am not talking paramedics as accidents do happen and emergency staff save lifes, I am talking about docters who give you medicine and say " Oh just ignore the side effect listed on the packet " lets give you some more birth control even if you don't need it and although you have never met or heard of anyone with cervical cancer we will give every girl the jab anyway ???????

Families are medicine......tonight we played twister and i laughed so much i almost wet myself.
Friends are medicine
talking
hugging
laughing
crying
singing
gardening
walking
yoga
breathing.........this is what makes you alive and these things HEAL !

We start the end of this month with a pension scheme and i am going to see a dentist about what we should do to insure we have teeth until we are 100, i am eating what I feel is a life giving diet and yes i still need to lose weight , I am walking everyday for 45 min on a mountain to expand my heart and lungs and i am working hard in daily visulizationjs to create a support network around myself and my family.

I am doing breathing Pranayama and practicing the idea that my alter is only complete when I am on it as in " the yoga mat" my home is becoming a sanctuary, one I hope people will come to and feel like they could stay forever. And I have to BELIEVE that we are loved and looked after.

Well is seems that a lot is happening in your lives and such a lot has changed all for the better. Unfortunately us lesser mortals have to wait for the new moon but I am patient. Love Mommy
