
I have just finished reading "green for life" by Victoria Boutenko. Although I have known of this author for a while I have not read any of her books, this was my first and it was really good BUT I am battling to drink the smoothies, I see the list of ingredients, like pears , raspberries and kale and think yum and I love smoothies but I really battle to get these down, the texture is extreme and although I get a buzz just after drinking them kinda like a coffee lift but a fresh mouth feeling too, alive.
I really want to do this but the texture is the problem and I don't have the money for the vitamix........yuk......... think sperm with green bits in !
but smoothies are blended for tomorrow and we are off to Brighton, to scout the new neighbourhood Hooray !

Maybe you can just use more water, less produce to make it thinner :)
I love green smoothies, especially with cinnamon in them.
