J's new wife came over and said " I heard you don't have a camera so here is mine and here is another roll of film " and my response was " a what ? " Do those things still exists and does she know that you can buy a camera for the price of developing one film. It was a lovely gesture but why do people hang on to the past, Her and J still maintain that you have to eat meat to build muscle and eat calcium to have strong bones and drink milk to have more breast milk. They learnt that in school in the 1950es and they refuse to find out any new information on diet, religion and sometimes technology.

I use them as an example as sooo many people are the same but i am starting to realize that its a fight, you can't fight, I once heard a saying that its easier for someone to change their religion than it is for them to change their diet showing that both are areas that we really refuse as people to try something new in.

I saw slides of this women's blood and her heavy metals are through the roof, she has worms crawling around, Candida, thick blood, yeast, i can;t remember what else her red blood cells looked like sausages and her white blood cells are scarce and she weighs 54kg, so I keep getting told go on a high protein diet Angela the weight will just fall off you.( and 6 months later my blood will look like yours, um mm no thanks) the Doc has put her on a high calcium dosage and they look at me like I have lost it when I say calcium capsules are BAD FOR YOU. You have to eat greeeeennnns.Silica plus magnesium is converted into the right calcium in your body. Elephants are very muscular and they don't eat meat, cows have lots of milk and they don't drink it and rhinos, giraffes ect ect to not take calcim supplements or eat cheese !

Oh well the most important thing right now is to continue implementing my knowledge into my own life and my Hubby and Kids and to any one else that will listen. On the good side, how cool is it that you can have your blood tested and its given back to you on disk to see and once again How lucky are we to live in the age of information and while I am at it thank the Goddess for David wolfe.
