
I had my first day of 6 meals yesterday and felt much better for it and although i did all she said i put on 200g this morning maybe my body has to get used to it all ? I will stick to it and hope that soon the weight starts moving in the other direction, i also wanted to start walking again today but i stood on a metal object that penetrated my foot and its so painful to stand on but maybe with takkies on it will be fine ?
many peoples livers are so overworked dealing with the toxicity in the food and the atmosphere, not to mention high fat food and unexpressed emotions, suppression from drugs and alcohol etc. that our livers have to be encouraged to eliminate but it we try and go to fast then the toxicity backs up in the blood stream making the individual feel ill. It can lead to an exacerbation of original symptoms or new ones can appear like headaches, aching limbs, tiredness, stomach upsets or even anger and depression.Sometimes the body will get flu like symptoms.
This balance may vary from day to day and will depend on our energy levels. There is a maximum amount of energy we can produce each day and this energy is dependant on keeping the blood sugar stable by eating sufficient of the right kind of food at regular intervals. Without sufficient energy the body cannot detoxify and heal and energy is also needed for the brain with out this emotional upsets happen. Once you raise the blood sugar levels by means of diet the pressure is taken off the liver and the adrenal glands. Most people today have exhausted adrenal glands and the sad thing is a lot of these are children.
eating a snack at bedtime is not a bad things especially if blood sugar levels are dropping in the night and you are waking with various symptoms. the adrenal glands will have to switch on in the middle of the night to release stored sugar but at the same time it realises adrenalin and thus panic attacks, anxiety, sweating, palpitations, hunger and a busy mind. Think about it it makes soo much sense.
Most people don't eat enough, once you take out animal fat and sugar you can eat a huge amount and not gain any weight. people will find it much easier to give up smoking and avoid coffee and sugar if they lift their blood sugars in the right way.
Feeling tired after a meal shows you waited too long to eat and it also could be the wrong food for you and too make it even more confusing if your blood sugar is low and you eat it will go even lower at first as digestion uses a lot of energy.
The two main causes of disease are toxicity and malnutrition. David Woolfe says most people are breatharian as what are they actually living on.? they want to take the lettuce out of a MacDonald's burger now and Davids says NOOO thats the only think keeping most people alive.
We went on holiday last year with my inlaws and father in laws two sisters and grandparents it was really amusing to me, what they ate. I was still drinking coffee at the time but only one cup a day and so when we got there i was asked would you like some tea and i said coffee please with 2 sugars, thats the way i like my coffee and my thoughts where if i was going down to one cup a day i would enjoy it, hubbys aunty spun round and said TWOOOOOOOOOOOOOO , and looked me up and down as if to say no wonder ! So i watched as the meals unfolded in the next four days and i am sure this is how most people in the UK eat.
Breakfast was muesli and milk, 2 cups of black coffee and maybe a banana or apple followed but crumpets from a bag and lots of jam and toast with marmite and butter, loooads of butter, I saw Mother in laws teeth marks in the butter, almost as thick as the slice of toast.
lunch was cheese and bread and tea and coffee maybe a slice of tomato and scones from a packet.
Dinner was meat and potatoes and loads of butter (everynight) and one night we had roast vegetables that where swimming in a sea of oil (peanut oil Go figure ?)and cooked to oblivion. we had fish one night and haggis another.
followed by pudding it did not matter what so long as m in Law could add loads of cream on top.nothing was organic.
Needles to say I was really glad to go home but what I am wanting to show is its actually amazing that these people are alive OH I forgot the big tumbler at night of whisky after 2 or 3 glasses of wine. Where does their actual nourishment come from the nuts in the muesli, the piece of fruit in the morning and a slice of tomato , the amount of fat and simple carbs is staggering , they are all lucky they are actually very healthy considering but emotionally they are all retarded.
If you eat a salad, throuht side plates away and eat the whole salad bowl, green , green , green like a gorilla, got it. All of this infoleads to more information on menopause and menstration and weight loss so bear with me.Oh and if you have some one you love with you through your arms round them , kiss them in the eye and tell them you love them, talk till the sun comes up, bath together...kids too and laugh.
The children are on holiday and are watching Furn Gully again, they never seem to get tired of it, hmmm the forest is calling, we are home for at least the next 3 weeks but I am already planning the next trip !
Life is a magic thing yea yea yea !
In bath we cycled past a bridge with graffiti on it and it said " this is the reward " my mind just exploded, what happems if life on earth is our reward ?

I love all the information here it was very interesting and I learnt from it. The children were so lucky to watch Fern Gully we use to have it but borrowed it to someone and don't have it anymore.Will we watching to see how your 6 meals aday go. Love Mommy
