Just got home from the chiropracter and i just can't explain the sublime ease that i have flowing up my spine, it's soooooo worth going.

Some loud cracks again and I also had a headache which when he cracked my neck when away instantly.

Keith has a cold amd gave in to temptation and popped into chemist and got some nasty medicine but it seems to be working, he will hust have to detox when he is better.

kids and I found a pond today, it was a great adventure, problem was both dogs jumped right in so I had to bath them both but i will write more tomorrow as I have promise David and Aaron I will take them back tomorrow and will take some pictures.
