Started reading "autobiography of a yogi" today, it's a little heavier than I expected, will try again in the morning.
Sunday night always has a very strange shift in energy and I never seem to handle it well. Also have a very stiff neck wonder if that is normal after seeing a chiropracter, still dealing with alot of anger.(ahhh becareful I bite !) But starting to see the healing possibilites of living in the NOW.
